OVER 97% OF SITRONICS’ DRs OFFERED FOR SALE WITHIN RTI’s VOLUNTARY TENDER OFFER
MOSCOW, Russia – May 18, 2012 – JSC SITRONICS today announces that on May 16, 2012, within the framework of OJSC RTI’s Voluntary Tender Offer, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, the depositary bank for SITRONICS’ Depositary Receipt programmes, completed receiving instructions from DR holders to sell their shares underlying SITRONICS DRs. The Depositary received these instructions in accordance with established terms and conditions as well as terms of the Depositary Agreements.
