BSS Senior Solutions Architect for telecom key customers on Indian market
Skills and experience:
- Master of Science, graduated in computer science, IT&telecom or math&phys, PhD desirable
- English fluent, Hindi as mother tongue
- 8 years of working experience in Indian telecom market in the roles of technology consultant, business developer, product manager
- At least 3 years of working experience in Billing and BSS applications presale
- Expertise:
- Network technology: GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE, NGN, IMS, FMC, VAS (SMS, MMS, WAP, USSD)
- Charging and service control: CAMEL, INAP, Diameter DCCA, Ro(IMS), Radius, Gx(PCRF), Ga/Bi (CDR)
- Telecom callflows and sessions setup scenaria: MOC, MTC, roaming, CAMEL triggering, PDP attach, PDP context activation, subscriber profiles provisioning
- Main functional modules of complex billing system: offline and online mediation, rating and charging, balance management, billing, subscriber and services provisioning/activation, CRM and self care, interconnect, order management, product catalog, revenue assurance, payments collection
- Convergence in charging and service control: prepaid-postpaid, fixed-mobile, voice-data-content
- QoS management use cases: network based / service based (PCRF, AAA, HLR)
- End user services on Indian telecom market
- Regulations of Indian telecom market
- Leadership, initiative, virtual team work, result oriented, pressed deadline and stressed environment
- Personal experience in RFP answering and technical and commercial offers preparations for telecom CSP
- Presentation skills at technical and executive levels
- Business development and new opportunity search

Task:
Sitronics FORIS portfolio and related solutions presale. New leads generation in Indian accounts. Provide high quality of technical offers and lower down delivery risks due to solutions architecting and requirement specification. Attract new customers and increase customer satisfaction for existing ones. Defend position of Sitronics portfolio in established accounts in India. Creating new sales funnels via VAR and SI partners.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive working with Indian Telecom Customers and SSTL (MTS India) in searching new opportunities
- Investigating status of customer’ OSS/BSS infrastructure, mapping customer pains (TAM) and planning solutions offering for that Customer, influencing product features roadmaps
- Customer satisfaction collection and loyalty management. Planning changes
- In complex offerings playing the role of overall solutions architect, responsible for completeness and self-consistence of overall solution
- Managing customer expectations and complementing customer requirements
- Answering RFI and provide efforts estimations for budgeting
- Prepare and run customer presentations and technical workshops
- Collaborating account manager in account planning
- Planning and reporting own activities and initiatives
